Poe on Cotabato bombing

We strongly condemn this latest act of lawlessness that not only distressed the victims' families but also sowed fear among our countrymen who are going about their daily lives. This is the second bombing to hit Mindanao in ten days and a third attack should not be allowed to happen.

As we mourn, we call for a speedy resolution of this incident amid a global terror threat. Justice must be pursued on all fronts. Those responsible should be held accountable for their actions. We also enjoin the citizens to be vigilant and help report leads to the case.
