SP Sotto: You better ask Sen. Loren and Ben Diokno kung papaano. Yung akin I will just supervise the proceedings.

Q: Nakikiusap ang DBM na iwork-out ang (unclear)?

SP Sotto: Within the year.

Q: Hindi acceptable sa kanila yung joint resolution?

SP Sotto: Walang problema sila doon pero it's a different issue, hindi namin napag-usapan yun.

Q: Ayaw ninyo ng special session?

SP Sotto: Baka nga.
