Thank you, Majority Leader, for including us to be your co-authors to this measure. I would like to express our sincere condolences to the Marañon family. I have not really been that long in politics but I remembered that when I was a neophyte candidate, he was actually very gracious, accepting us and helping us in Negros. He also met my father before, and I know that he was also nice to FPJ. And just knowing about all the things that he's done for Negros, he was a formidable leader. In fact, even when he wasn't in power, people would still defer to him and his views on certain issues. So, I would just like to include that for the record. Thank you, Mr. President.(30)
