GOPAC SEAPAC PRESS CONFERENCE: Senator Edgardo J. Angara, founding member of the South East Asian Parliamentarians Against Corruption (SEAPC), and Dr. Naser J. Al-Sane, chairman of the Global Organization of Parliamentarians Against Corruption (GOPAC), answer questions during a press conference held at the Sofitel Philippine Plaza Hotel in Manila.
