Pangilinan attended the 131st Session of the Committee on the Human Rights of Parliamentarians of the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) from October 2 to 5, 2010, in Geneva, Switzerland. Senator Pangilinan was elected as Member of the Committee in April 2010 and serves a five-year term.
