OCULAR INSPECTION: Senator Juan Miguel "Migz" Zubiri, Chairman of the Senate Committee on Environment and Natural Resources, conducts an ocular inspection on the repair works on the leaking FPIC pipeline in Magallanes interchange last Friday. Zubiri also personally went to the basement of West Tower Condominium in Barangay Bangkal wearing a gas mask accompanied by officials from DOE, UP-NIGS, DOH and FPIC. Zubiri said he will ask officials of Shell and Chevron to attend the next Senate hearing to reveal how much of their fuel was actually lost since the FPIC pipeline in Makati City started leaking.
