SENATOR CYNTHIA A. VILLAR AT THE NATIONAL FEDERATION OF HOG FARMERS INC. (NFHI): Sen. Cynthia A. Villar urged the NFHFI to continue to be active, cooperative and participative to ensure the continued good performance of the livestock sector, particularly the hog sub-sector. The sub-sector’s gross earnings amounted to PhP68.9 billion and registered an increase of 14.88 percent from last year’s record. Villar, chairperson of the Senate Agriculture & Food Committee, was the Guest of Honor during the Christmas Party and Induction of Officers of the National Federation of Hog Farmers Inc. (NFHFI) at Club Filipino.
