Thumbs up for FVR: Senators led by Senate President Juan Miguel "Migz" F. Zubiri present a copy of Senate Resolution No. (SRN) 5 to the late President Fidel V. Ramos' daughter, Cristina Ramos-Jalasco, and other members of the Ramos family, Saturday, August 6, 2022 at the Heritage Memorial Park in Taguig City. SRN 5 expresses the profound sympathy and sincere condolences of the Senate of the Philippines on the death of President Ramos, the 12th President of the Republic of the Philippines (1992-1998), who passed away on July 31, 2022. Joining Zubiri in paying their last respects to Ramos were Senate President Pro Tempore Loren Legarda, Senators Pia Cayetano, Ronald Dela Rosa, Jinggoy Estrada, Win Gatchalian, Robinhood Padilla, Grace Poe (not in photo) and Raffy Tulfo. Senate Secretary Renato Bantug, Jr. (not in photo), who was tasked to read SRN 5 at the ceremony, and Former President and Senator Joseph Ejercito Estrada were also present.
