‘FM’ instead of build better more: Minority Leader Aquilino “Koko” Pimentel III notes that the Department of Public Works and Highway’s (DPWH) Strategic Infrastructure Programs is just a repetition of the programs from the previous administration, adding only the phrase “Build Better More” or BBM. Pimentel, during the hybrid briefing of the Finance Subcommittee A on the proposed 2023 budget of the agency Thursday, October 13, 2022, said he had already seen the same programs even before the administration of President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. and just added the BBM phrase. “Is that it? That’s the much-touted Build Better More? Which is just the same DPWH Strategic Infrastructure Program" of the previous administration," Pimentel said. The minority leader instead suggested another acronym – “FM” – which is also the initials of the President.
