Natural resources are our motherland’s hope: Sen. Robinhood Padilla, during Monday’s hearing of the Economic Affairs subcommittee May 29, 2023 on bills seeking to institutionalize a Philippine Ecosystem and Natural Capital Accounting System (PENCAS) law, as well as a Blue Economy, emphasizes that the Philippines' rich natural resources hold the key to the nation's recovery.
