JAMBY SLAMS BID ARROGANCE

Stop the political harassment! The Bureau of Immigration's threats of deporting the foreigners who attended the peaceful assembly against State terrorism yesterday smacks of this administration's arrogance. These people are human rights advocates. They are not terrorists. Perhaps, the BID should focus more on deporting foreigners who are engaged in illegal drugs.

This incident proves the danger of implementing the Human Security Act, where freedom and civil advocates can easily be branded as "terrorists." The real terrorists are not in the streets but in the halls of power.
