ON THE EXTENT OF CORRUPTION IN ARROYO GOV'T

The corruption in GMA administration is not debatable. But the people should also know where the billions of pesos of Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) Modernization Fund went. The money is gone but the AFP is still primitive. Grafters are enjoying themselves at our soldiers' expense.
