BONG REVILLA EXPRESSES GRATITUDE FOR TOPPING SURVEYS

Senator Ramon Bong Revilla Jr. today expressed elation for consistently topping the senatorial surveys, thanking the millions of Filipino for their relentless trust and support.

The reelectionist senator continues to figure prominently on top of most surveys. The latest is the Pulse Asia survey which was conducted last February 21-25 where he got 53.6% of votes.

According to Bong Revilla, the result of the latest Pulse Asia Survey motivates him further in his campaign for reelection. " Nakakaangat ng moral at nakakakapagbigay ng lakas. Tulad din sa paglibot natin ngayon sa iba't ibang bahagi ng bansa, dama-dama natin ang tuwa at pagmamahal sa atin ng ating mga kababayan. Lalo akong nai-inspire na patuloy silang paglingkuran," he said.

The lawmaker said he believes that slowly, silently but effectively, he had been fulfilling his duties in the Senate. And he wants to continue his own style of public service for the benefit of the Filipino people. "I owe the Filipino people my service. I thank them for their trust and support. Sa tingin ko, mas maganda iyung magsagawa ng mga hakbang na direktang papakinabangan nila, hindi iyung puro pulitaktakan na lang aatupagin natin," he pointed out.

The reelectionist lawmaker is among the senators who has the most number of bills that were passed into law during the 13th and 14th Congress. These include the recently-enacted Anti-Photo and Video Voyeurism Act, Expanded Senior Citizens Act and the Agri- Agra Reform Credit Act.
