Q: Fake accounts?

Serge: It's not for me to prove that it's fictitious. It's Pag-IBIG that says it's fictitious.

Q: May conflicting letter na nagsasabi that they withdrew? So hindi iyon fictitious?

Serge: You know, iba-iba iyan eh. There are different of buyers. There are those na pinapirma lang, those are not fictitious. But you never had the intent to buy. Then there are buyers na inimbento lang ang pangalan, kinuha lang ang pangalan sa directory. Spurious iyon.

Q: Dadalhin ba dito iyong mga tao na iyon?

Serge: No, I am not going to ask them to come here.

Q: What about the affidavits?

Serge: It will take about 2 trucks to bring those here.

Q: Ano ang naging process?

Serge: When you lend money, you want to make sure of three things. Number one, can this guy pay me back? They will not give you money to buy a Ferrari if you cannot pay them back. Number 2, does the guy have the good habit of paying back? So I will check his credit history. Because there are rich people who have that bad habit. I can name some, talagang mayayaman. And number 3, does he have the collateral to back it up? Kasi you see, we may have the money pero anong habol ko kung nag-dispalko ka?

In this case, they did not do the credit check. They really did not do any credit check. As a matter of fact, pinapadala dun ang application form, pinirmahan, pero hindi naman kilala iyong tao, hindi kinausap, hindi tinanong kung nagtratrabaho. Kung kaya ba niyang magbayad ng utang.

Q: Nandun ang magic?

Serge: Of course, I would invent people because I'd like to get paid. My only problem is getting paid for the units that I get. After I am paid, goodbye, bahala ka nang maghabol sa mga iyan. Wala na akong pakialam diyan.

Q: Hindi na siya makapagbayad ngayon? Sino ang hahabulin ngayon eh fictitious ang buyers kaya hindi siya makapag-guaranty?

Serge: Yeah. Ang guaranty ngayon niya, I will buy it back. Sulat sa tubig. Ano bang maipang-ba-back-up niya diyan?

Q: Hindi ba siya maco-compel?

Serge: They have to sue him and his personal assets. But that's very hard kung wala kang guaranty. May sinabi ba siya na ang bahay ko nakataya diyan, . ang building ko nakataya diyan? Wala! Zero eh.

Q: Connivance? Collusion?

Serge: Of course I suspect collusion but I cannot prove it yet. It will be very hard to prove conspiracy. I will need a personal witness to say that. Alam mo dito sa Pilipinas, natatakot na ang mga tao na mag-witness.

Q: Anong kaso ang pwedeng i-file? Forgery?

Serge: Fraud. Criminal iyan. You tell me these guys are bonafide buyers, yun pala you just invented lang pala. Hindi ba fraud iyan?

Q: Estafa?

Serge: Pwede, syndicated estafa.
