Q: Sir, ano po ang magiging repercussion nung withdrawal?

SP: Yung sa tatlo na lamang at tapos na silang magpresenta dun except dun sa article 2

Q: Pero sir yung depensa ano po yung prerogative nila ba yung magpresent for all the entire eight articles?

SP: Di ko alam kung ano ang gagawin nila

Q: Pero sa rule nyo sir sa impeachment kung pwede ba magpresenta ang depensa ng lahat yung mga pinaghandaan nila?

SP: Bakit sila magprepresenta ng depensa dun sa tinanggal? Hindi na, pero pwede nilang gamitin yung mga materials nila dun sa mga hindi natuloy na articles of impeachment if they want to use that to defend their client

Q: Sir, sa all three tapos na sila mag present ng evidence, on all three articles?

SP: All three? 2, 3, and 7? tapos na sila sa 3 and 7, open pa yung article 2 dahil dun sa pending case tungkol sa foreign currency deposits.

SP: No need. We are going to discuss yung mga motion ng defense regarding the admissibility of the, what they consider illegally obtained evidence and then also the position of the prosecution

SP: Wala na yata eh.

SP: Meron na daw resolution ang Korte Suprema.

Q: So, parang closed book na po yun sir dahil may decision na?

SP: Okay

Q: Sir, usual po ba yung pag-withdraw ng charges in the middle of the trial?

SP: Ewan ko, ngayon lang naman tayo nagkaroon ng pangalawang impeachment dito eh. I do not know whether it's usual because we have only impeachment, the one about Erap and the second is this one.

Q: Pero wala silang na-violate dun sir under your rule wala silang na violate?

SP: Ang alin?
