Transcript of interview of Senate President Franklin M. Drilon
After the Commission on Appointment's Hearing

Q: How would the Senate respond to SC's order?

Q: Yung sa PDAF abolition, tuloy pa rin ang consideration ng Senate on how to go about PDAF?

We are not called upon to act on this issue until the GAB is submitted before the Senate as approved by the House.

Q: If the Supreme Court decides that PDAF is constitutional, lalabnaw ba yung moves to abolish the PDAF among your colleagues?

SP DRILON: That's purely speculation. Let's await the SC's decision.
