Ipinahahatid ko ang aking mainit na pagbati sa mga atletang Filipino na nagpamalas ng kanilang husay at kakayahan sa 28th Southeast Asian Games sa Singapore.

I salute our brave and courageous athletes, who showed the world what the Filipino can do in their own chosen disciplines.

We believe in our athletes and the Filipino spirit they carry in competing with the world.

Our athletes are an inspiration to us, who have demonstrated determination; dedication; trust and belief in their talents and capabilities as well as the Almighty to get to the top.
