Q: On PNoy

Villar: I wish na this next 1 year of his term, sana mai-reduce natin ang kahirapan sa bansa.

Q: Doable ba yun Ma'am?

Villar: Doable naman. Hindi naman natin ine-expect to eliminate just to lessen diba? Gagawin mo naman mabuti just to help the people. Sino naman ang hindi susunod sayo diba? Ako kasi ang feeling ko, it will not be personal but it's for the welfare of the people. Siguro naman especially yung cabinet niya, they will all cooperate.

Q: Ma'am. Kamusta usapan with NP?

Villar: Wala pa. Siguro magkikita-kita na kami ngayon, kasi diba nag break. Hindi naman kami nagkikita-kita kasi busy sila, busy rin kami. So I guess this will be a good time, maybe next week, we'll see each other.

Q: So kaya yung September target, Ma'am?

Villar: Oo. Syempre nag-iisip na silang mabuti kasi this is the month to make the decision pagdating ng August, kasi malapit na yung October. I guess they will be deciding in August.

Q: Iniinform ba yung NP ni Senator Alan kung may nag oofer sa kanya?

Villar: Oo naman. Hindi naman the whole NP, kinakausap naman nila si Senator Pia, na-update naman. Marami naman kasing offer eh, di mo malaman kung serious offer or what. Pero I think it's the logical thing, diba? Pero wala naman sila sinasabi that they're amenable.

Q: So walang pasabi Ma'am?

Villar: Wala.

Q: Yung kay Sec. Mar Roxas...

Villar: I think exploring sila pero di pa naman niya sinasabi kay Manny na definite.

Q: Ma'am, mas marami presidentiable mas pabor sa Nacionalista party magkandidato?

Villar: Depende. If one of them will run sa Nacionalista... Kasi alam mo ang question is sino bang magpi-presidente? At may Nacionalista bang magpe-presidente? Sino ba magba-vice president? May Nacionalista bang magba-vice president? Parang marami yata sa kanila magba-vice president, so that would be the difficulty for us, sana kung isa lang that would be easy.

Q: Paano niyo aayusin yun? Considering na tatlong pangalan from NP?

Villar: Siguro hindi namin sila mapigil, then zona libre.

Q: So Ma'am, wala pa ring pag uusap NP & NPC?

Villar: Wala na. Tinanong namin NPC, hindi rin naman daw nila sinabi yun. Hanggang ngayon naman partner kami in terms of yung ating mga ginagawa for the country. But yung 2016 election is another matter. So sabi ko nga, wala pang nagde-decide final. Pero kung may nag-decide final, I guess that's the time to make a decision whether we will stay in the coalition or we will become independent, or whatever.

Q: So walang assurance for the 2016 elections?

Villar: Siguro pag na file na.,. Kung hindi tayo magka kampi, di maghihiwalay, pag nag-file o baka naman zona libre naman..

Q: Ma'am, ano po yung maggiging considerations ng NP, kasi diba maraming pangalan lumalabas ngayon kung sino maggiging presidential candidate niyo? Vice presidential candidate niyo, ano yung mga considerations?

Villar: Syempre, first consideration, anong gagawin ng mga NP namin na kakandidato, that's the first consideration. Next consideration is kung hindi naman sila kalaban, maybe we can choose kung magkakalaban sila, then maybe, hindi kame pipili. Diba? Depende. Intayin na lang natin, malapit na. Excited na nga kami.

Q: Ma'am, yung anti dynasty.. diba the President is saying..

Villar: Yes. Ang problem nyan is the House of Representative. Diba bicameral, so the House of Representative should pass their version. Yun ang tingin ko mahihirapan na version kasi yan yung mas maraming problema, diba? We will wait for the version of the House of Representative kasi kung hindi naman sila ano, mas madali samin diba? I think it will be determined by the House of Representatives, not us.

Q: Ano status dito sa Senate Ma'am?

Villar: Meron na ba? Na kay Koko, diba? Ang problem kasi sa Senate, maski ipasa namin pero kung sa House of Representatives hindi naman mapapasa, so may problema diba?

Q: Ma'am, nag resign si Senator Chiz as Chairman ng Senate Finance Committee tsaka yung Joint Oversight Committee on Public Expenditures? Is it a political move? How do you assess?

Villar: Baka.. Mahirap kasi yung finance na committee, maraming advantages, pero marami ding disadvantages, kasi ikaw yung hinihingan ng budget. And sometimes, pag hindi mo napagbigyan, problema din yun. So I think baka mahihirapan siya sa ganun. Considering he's running, I think he's running, so, siguro yun yung thinking niya. I haven't talked to him so I don't know the reason. Maybe he has a very good reason with that... Medyo dedicated nako sa Agriculture. Ang hirap kasi yung pabago-bago ng Committee, kasi you have prepared yung sarili mo for that kind of Committee, tapos nag aral ka na dun, and you have a strategy now what to do. Parang, this is not the time to change committee. Mahirap na committee yan kasi lahat ng tao sayo pumupunta for their budget and sometimes it's too difficult.

Q: Ma'am, yung iba po nagpa plano rin na mag resign sa committee..

Villar: Ah hindi. Hindi naman kami kandidato eh. Kasi kung magre resign sila sa lahat ng committee, napaka daming committee, kawawa naman kami babagsak lahat sa amin. It's difficult. I think they should remain kasi yung iba naman wala naman masyadong conflict, diba? And what's the conflict if you want to serve the people even if you're running, you must serve the people. So there's nothing wrong with that.

Q: Pero yung kay Senator Chiz, nag resign talaga..

Villar: Too powerful diba? Baka hirap siya. Baka wala siyang oras if he's running. If he's running, parang wala siyang oras.

Q: Ma'am, si Congressman Mark, saang grupo siya sasama?

Villar: Nag iisip pa siya kung kakandidato siya o hindi. So it's not final. He can even run independent.

Q: Kasi nakita na po yata siya sumama kina Senator Poe?

Villar: Nagkataon lang yun eh. Imbitado din siya. Sometimes you get invited, and they invited so many, and then nagkakataon na kasama ka, diba? So hindi naman.. kasi ang mga nang-iimbita sa mga affair sa provinces they invite so many. And during that time naimbita siya kasama si Senator Poe at tsaka si Senator Chiz. Understandable naman kasi yung Governor dun, NPC. Kaibigan ni Chiz.
