I HAVE GOOD CHANCES OF WINNING IF ELECTIONS ARE CLEAN AND FAIR - BONGBONG MARCOS

Vice presidential candidate Senator Ferdinand "Bongbong" R. Marcos Jr. today said he has good chances of winning if the elections are clean and fair.

In an interview with media in Malolos, Bulacan, Marcos said with forty days left in the campaign, he feels he may just win in the elections as he could see the warm reception he has been receiving in the many places he has brought his Unity Caravan and the expressions of support from local leaders.

Marcos has taken the lead in the vice presidential race in the latest Pulse Asia Survey.

The senator further stated that aside from the public surveys, the internal surveys of other candidates also show him that he has good chances of winning in the polls.

"Meron naman tayong mga kaibigan na tumatakbo din at pinakikita nila ang kanilang internal survey at pinakikita dun na mas gumaganda pa ang chances natin na manalo," he said.

This is the reason why, Marcos stressed, his campaign team is making sure that all his votes will be counted in the elections. "Ngayon ay pinapagtibay namin ang pag-oorganisa upang bantayan ang boto natin," he pointed out.

He also reiterated his call to the Commission on Elections not to give mixed signals in the conduct of the elections saying it does not bode well for the credibility of the poll body.
