I join our Muslim brothers and sisters in celebration of the Eid'l Fitr.

It is my fervent hope that today's the culmination of the Holy Month of Ramadan will once again strengthen your faith and spirit to guide you in the ways and truth of purpose towards paradise.

Today's celebration comes at a very auspicious time as the country is close to finally achieving peace and unity in Mindanao which we are all wishing for as a nation and bring progress and prosperity that the region truly deserves.
