I agree with the decision of President Duterte to order the resumption of lotto operations. This is a welcome relief for the more than six thousand three hundred lotto outlet operators affected by the ban imposed by the President. And I believe that because lotto is primarily computerized and automated, the leakage in revenue is very negligible, if at all.

Having said this, I reiterate my call to privatize the operations of all PCSO-franchised gaming activities to simplify operations. We must also go after corrupt government officials and punish them to the fullest extent of the law. Kailangang managot ang mga nagnanakaw sa kaban ng bayan.
