BIAZON AS KAPIHAN GUEST: Sen. Rodolfo G. Biazon discusses various issues confronting the nation at todays (August 24) Kapihan sa Senado. Among these are the Guimaras oil spill, the use of OWWA funds, the supplemental budget, the reported grumblings within the military and police institutions as claimed by the self-proclaimed Nationalist Officers Union (NOU), the nursing exams leakage, the Melo Commission, the impeachment process, etc. Biazon also raised the insurgency problem in the country amid the release of P1 billion to mount a campaign to end it.
