DRILON DONATES DIALYSIS MACHINES: Sen. Franklin M. Drilon donated four dialysis machines worth P10 million to the West Visayas University Hospital in Iloilo. The new machines will benefit an average of 10 kidney patients who troop to that school hospital daily.
