FAREWELL: Senate President Manny Villar, also President of Nacionalista Party (NP), bades farewell to retiring Romanian Ambassador to the Philippines Radu Homescu during the latters visit to the Senate President Tuesday (October 3, 2006). Villar thanked the Romanian ambassador for his efforts in strengthening bilateral relations between the Philippines and Romania for four years.
