MENTAL HEALTH EDUCATION AND AWARENESS: Senator Edgardo J. Angara together with officers of the Philippine Mental Health Association (PMHA) sound the ceremonial bell to signify the countrys awakening and freedom from mental illness during their 30TH Induction Ceremonies held recently in Bacolod City. Angara donated 200,000 pesos to support an education and information drive geared towards greater awareness on mental health.
