MENTAL HEALTH EDUCATION AND AWARENESS: Senator Edgardo J. Angara receives an award from the Philippine Mental Health Association (PMHA) led by Gloria Tajanlangit (middle) during the groups 30TH Induction Ceremonies held in Bacolod City recently. Angara donated 200,000 pesos to support an education and information drive geared towards greater awareness on mental health. With them are: PMHA Vice Chair Antonio Gauzon, and PMHA Treasurer Celia Ferrer.
