DRILON MEETS NEW FNF MANILA REP: Liberal Party (LP) President Franklin M. Drilon met with Siegfried Herzog, the new Manila Representative of the Friedrich Naumann Foundation (FNF) Tuesday afternoon (October 10). Herzog replaced Dr. Ronald Meinardus, the resident representative of four years.
