DBM BUDGET HEARING: Department of Budget and Management (DBM) Sec. Rolando Andaya thanks Committee on Finance Chairman Sen. Franklin M. Drilon after the hearing on the P721.8 million proposed budget of DBM for next year. Drilons committee is expected to finish hearings on the proposed 2007 national budget this week. He is set to submit the committee report on the General Appropriations Bill on November 20.
