DRILON SPONSORS 2007 NATIONAL BUDGET: Committee on Finance Chairman Franklin M. Drilon sponsored today (November 21) in the Senate the proposed P1.126 trillion national budget for next year. The Drilon committee pushed for a budget that will pursue growth with equity for the country, beefing up allocations for the education, health and agriculture sectors.
