IBP’s WING BUILDING: Senator Edgardo J. Angara poses for a picture with the governors of Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) at the inauguration of the Edgardo J. Angara Wing. The building was named after Angara because of his “outstanding legal and leadership service in the Bar.” With him are: incoming IBP President Atty. Feliciano Bautista (2L) and outgoing IBP President Atty. Jose Vicente Salazar (M). Angara served as the IBP President in 1979.
