KILLED SOLDIERS HONORED: Senate President Manny Villar poses with the families of 14 Marine and two Philippine Army soldiers killed in battle in Basilan and Sorsogon who were given copies of Senate Resolution No. 5 honoring the soldiers who perished in line of duty on July 10, 2007, and condemning under the strongest term possible the barbaric act of beheading and/or mutilating the remains of 10 of them. Earlier, they were also given financial assistance by the Saludo sa Kawal Foundation of Former President Joseph Estrada, during a ceremony attended by Sen. Jinggoy Estrada and Sen. Rodolfo Biazon.
