ACCESS 20TH ANNIVERSARY: Senator Loren B. Legarda presented a seedling to dr. Carolina M. Basilio, President of the Alert Concerned Employees for Better SSS (ACCESS), on the occasion of its 20th Founding Anniversary. Senator Loren Legarda was the Guest of Honor of ACCESS. A United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) Awardee and Luntiang Pilipinas founder, Legarda espouse environmental awareness and the value of planting of trees not only in her legislative work but encourages the same in all her speaking engagements.
