VILLAR JOINS PEÑAFRANCIA EXHIBIT: Senate President Manny Villar (left) leads the opening of the “Nine Days of Penafrañcia : Bob Mendoza Images”, a one-man exhibit held in Avenue Square, Naga City in celebration of the Penafrañcia festivity.
