FACE OFF IN THE SENATE: Benjamin Abalos, Chairman of the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) and Romulo Neri, former head of National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) take their oath before testifying the controversial multibillion-peso broadband project of the government with China. Neri insisted that Abalos offered him a P200M bribe in exchange for his support of the project, but which the latter vehemently denied.
