DFA issues Jinggoy's machine readable passport at POEA: Senate Pro Tempore Jinggoy Ejercito Estrada receives his passport from the DFA-POEA office in Ortigas. Department of Foreign Affairs Undersecretary for Migrant Workers Affairs Esteban Conejos Jr. assisted Senator Estrada during the issuance of his new machine readable passport.
