SEARCH AND RETRIEVAL OPERATIONS: The Philippine National Red Cross Chairman Richard J. Gordon led the search and retrieval operations in the light of the recent tragedy brought about by the Glorietta 2 explosion in Makati City last October 19. The PNRC was one of the first response teams to arrive at the scene shortly after the blast. A good number of those missing or unaccounted for were successfully located by the PNRC.
