BILATERAL MEETING: Senate President Manny Villar discusses bilateral trade and economic relations with Dr. Salah Ali Abdulrahman, Second Deputy Speaker of the Council of Representatives of Bahrain, during a break of the First Global Parliamentary Meeting on HIV/AIDS at Manila Hotel yesterday. Abdulrahman has invited Villar, President of the Nacionalista Party, to visit Bahrain, a strong supporter of the Philippines bid for observer status in the Organization of Islamic Conference (OIC). The Bahrain lawmaker is a delegate to the three-day assembly being hosted by the Senate.
