KAP'S RELIEF EFFORTS: Senator Bong Revilla distributes relief goods to the residents of Oyo Torong Poblacion one of the communities in Kalibo, Aklan which was heavily hit by typhoon Frank. Revilla, who is the chairman of the Senate Committee on Public Works, also inspected the damaged infrastructures in the said province.
