WARM WELCOME: Senator Loren B. Legarda warmly welcomed by the Philippine Air Force led by AFP Commander Maj. General Fernando Manalo during her visit and Inauguration of Luntiang Pilipinas Barangay Nursery inside the Fernando Air Base in Lipa Batangas. During the simple rites, Legarda thanked General Manalo for allowing a portion of the airbase to become a seedling bank and the Department of Environmental and Natural Resources Region IV-A for providing the technical know-how in the implementation of the Environmental Program.
