MANG PANDOY: Senator Mar Roxas consoles Nanay Goning, sister of Felipe Natanio, more famously known as ‘Mang Pandoy,’ who died last week of tuberculosis at age 73, and whose wake is being held at Quezon City. Roxas committed to provide scholarship grants for two of Mang Pandoy’s children, if they are able to sustain good grades, as well as provide job opportunities for other members of Mang Pandoy’s family.
