LOREN LAUNCHES SEEDLING BANKS IN ANTIQUE: Senator Loren B. Legarda, a UNEP awardee and ecological warrior and environmental advocate greets students of Polytechnic State University during her visit in Antique Thursday morning. Legarda launches seedling banks in two Antique towns. The seedling bank is part of the Luntiang Pilipinas she has been advocationg by encouriging filipino citizens to plant trees, which she said is the first and logical step to mitigate the ill effects of climate change.
