IDOL KO SI KAP: Senator Bong Revilla presents to Brgy. Chairman Nilo Lapiz a trophy for being chosen as the Outstanding Barangay Captain of Los Baños. The awarding took place during the 393rd Foundation Anniversary celebration of the said municipality last Wednesday (September 17). In his inspirational message, Revilla called on the citizens of Los Baños to look back at their municipality’s history and showcase further the beauty of their province for others to appreciate.
