BICAMERAL CONFERENCE COMMITTEE HEARING: (L-R) Senator Juan Miguel Zubiri along with Senators Loren Legarda, Edgardo Angara and Francis Escudero tackled some issues regarding the Renewable Energy Bill on a bicameral conference committee meeting held at the Hotel Sofitel in Pasay City yesterday afternoon. The passage of the said bill will benefit the energy consumers such as lesser payments of electricity. Zubiri also stressed that it is due time to pursue the use of solar panels and wind turbines that the source of energy is free instead of high priced bunker fuel.
