MAR ADDRESSES VARIOUS YOUTH GROUPS: Liberal President Senator Mar Roxas addresses various youth groups and students during the recent Tingog Kabataan '08 Youth Forum, where he was guest of honor and speaker, held at Capiz State University in Roxas City, Capiz. In his speech, the Ilonggo senator, who is also the new chairman of the Senate committee on education, stressed the importance of education in the country's long-term development, and discussed his proposed Omnibus Education Reform Act, that would raise Philippine education to world standards.
