TOP OF THE CLASS: Aside from accomplishing a feat that is having their children graduate to college, parents were delighted to see Senate President Pro Tempore Jinggoy Ejercito Estrada, as the latter visited Cavite State University Commencement Exercises recently where he was welcomed as the guest speaker. In his speech, Sen. Estrada lauded parents and graduates for facing and successfully overcoming “financial crisis” of their own, and encouraged them to use this as inspiration to prevail in various crises that may sweep the country in the future.
