KAP MEDICAL ASSISTANCE: Senator Bong Revilla carries on his self-imposed mission of helping the underprivileged all over the country with their medical needs, this time signing a Memorandum of Agreement with Cebu Governor Gwendolyn Garcia (partly hidden) and Dr. Gerardo Aquino Jr. of Vicente Sotto Sr. Memorial Medical Center where he gave a portion of his Priority Development Assistance Fund as medical assistance for the indigent patients of the said province. Revilla’s granting of medical assistance in different provinces as well as his regular medical-dental missions, blood-letting and relief operations are all part of his “Kalusugan Ating Pangalagaan” o KAP program.

Aside from the medical assistance, the lawmaker also vowed to allot P10 million from his PDAF as infrastructure fund for Cebu Province . Revilla is optimistic that his infrastructure package will contribute to the further progress of Cebu province and in effect, will boost the national economy.
