VILLAR IN SINULOG FESTIVAL: Amazed by the uniqueness and exquisiteness of the different presentations during the culmination of the Sinulog Festival in Cebu City , Sen. Manny Villar congratulated the elementary and high school participants in bright-colored costumes. The festival pays homage to the patron saint of Cebu , Sr. Sto. Niño.
