VILLAR JOINS ATI-ATIHAN FESTIVAL: Sen. Manny Villar joins the Kalibo, Aklan folks during the 797th Kalibo Ati-atihan Festival, a feast in honor of Señor Sto. Niño de Kalibo. The festival, which was joined by thousands of devotees and merrymakers in colorful costumes, has attracted foreign and local tourists.
