DAGUPAN CITY: Liberal President Senator Mar Roxas and Lingayen-Dagupan Archbishop Oscar Cruz vow to fight corruption together and to work for honest governance. The Senator made a courtesy call to Archbishop Cruz on Friday during his visit to the city, where Roxas also held a medical mission and forum on quality and affordable medicines.
