LICEO DE CAGAYAN UNIVERSITY: Nacionalista Party President Sen. Manny Villar was conferred the degree of Doctor of Humanities (Honoris Causa) by the Liceo de Cagayan University during the school’s 54th commencement exercises recently. The degree was conferred to Villar to honor the values that guided him in his inspiring life: commitment to family and community, hard work, academic excellence, professional probity, and distinguished service to his fellowmen.
